Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions (T&C) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RTM Sells & Marketing Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “RTM”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By completing free registration, making payment for a plot, or participating in any Company program, you become an Associate/Member/Customer and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms: You accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them upon free registration, payment for a plot, or participation in any Company program. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in the program.
2. Nature of Income and Earnings: All types of income (Referral Generation Income, Loyalty Rewards Income, Club Income, Royalty Income, Growth Plan Income, or any other income) are dependent solely and exclusively on the Company’s Sales and Turnover. These earnings are “not guaranteed”. The Company does not provide any minimum income guarantee.
3. Payment of Income: The Company will transfer income to eligible Associates’ bank accounts at its sole discretion and as per the rules. You must provide valid KYC and bank details for payment.
4. Deductions:
   • The Company will deduct 2% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on all income.
   • The Company reserves the right to deduct a 10% Administrative Charge on all income.
   • Payment will be made only after these deductions.
5. No Guarantee: The Company does not provide any guarantee of income, business growth, or success without sufficient Company business turnover.
6. Company’s Right to Modify Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. Compliance with Rules: You shall fully comply with all Company rules, regulations, and code of conduct. Violation may result in immediate termination of membership.
8. Prohibited Activities: You shall not make any misleading statements, false claims, or engage in any illegal activity that damages the Company’s reputation.
9. Limitation of Liability: The Company, its directors, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of income or business.
10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify the Company against all claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your actions or breach of these terms.
11. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.
12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Rajasthan.
13. Termination: The Company may terminate your membership at any time for any reason. After termination, you will not be entitled to claim any income.
14. Entire Agreement: No oral promises or representations shall be binding. Only the terms written here shall be valid.
15. Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
16. Acknowledgment: You declare that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
